You also recommended a detailed and meticulous home inspector that helped us to make an informative decision. No doubt some agents would have recommended a home inspector who would find the fewest possible deficiencies in the home, reducing the chance of sale falling through, but not you. We truly felt like our best interests were looked after and that we had someone on our side. Additionally during escrow when we were feeling overwhelmed because of an issue that came up with our loan, you were right there to reassure us, made phone calls and jump through hoops for us. We can honestly say that if it wasn't for you we probably would not have gotten the home we are in now. Thank you so much for remaining calm and collected while we were in panic mode.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with our realtor, and now friend, Evelyn Cruz. I cannot say enough good things about Evelyn. We had very specific requirements, location and price range and Evelyn was tenacious and proactive throughout the whole process. In times of so many short sales, bank owned property and being first time home buyers we really needed someone who knew what they were doing.
